They look incredibly overpriced! Look at their FB following: 73 followers, their website gets about zero traffic, but they claim their newsletter has 10,000 subscribers (but not what genre--could be 10,000 peeps outside of your genre. It could be that they BOUGHT the list).
Go ahead and try for the lotto listing, but personally, I would not give them money.
