To send anything to a Kindle the sending address has to be whitelisted. . . .so whichever Kindles are to receive your email need to have your originating address in their 'safe' list.
I have no idea if a document will go through if there's more than one address in the "to" field.
The recipients would be the ones who would have to pay for the transmission if it goes via 3G.
