I'm in Canada and there's a lot of eBooks I want that aren't available for Canada on Kindle. However, they're available on iTunes, so I was wondering if it was possible if I could purchase the book from iTunes and put it on my Kindle's library?

Sorry, no - they aren't compatible format-wise or DRM-wise. (I assume you mean iBooks, or are you talking about audible books from iTunes?)
