Are you doing National Novel Writing Month in April?

Want to join a cabin where we chat a lot?

This camp will be my fourth, I love camp much more than the November NaNo because you can set your own word count goal and you get a funky target to hit. But best of all is the cabins. I want to be in an engaged cabin, to share progress and tips with others who really want to hit the bullseye. I've been with some awesome authors before (and you all most welcome again!), but no previous experience is necessary. Just go to camp http://campnanowrimo.org/ and set up your project then give me your user name and I'll send you a cabin invite.

I'll be writing a fantasy novel and trying to hit 50k during the month.

Addendum: If you could have any author dead or alive in your cabin, who would you like?

I'm thinking Bill Bryson, because he always makes me laugh, and Isaac Asimov because I bet he'd have some awesome motivational words when we weren't hitting our word count.

Me, please! My username is GoldenSongbird, and my goal is a paltry and pitiful 25K... But if I reach it, it's 25K I didn't have at the start of the month!

I'd love to join! This would be my first Camp experience. I'm hoping for 100K words because I need to finish two projects.

If I could have any author I'd like it to be J.K. Rowling because I enjoy her sharp wit.

I should ponder this. 2.5 months into the year, my 1,000 words a day minimum target is just about holding, but I'm starting to flag. This could be a great shot in the arm for me.

I'd love to join a cabin! I'm a NaNo veteran but have created a new profile for this event (which I'm currently filling in). I'm peartreealley.

Having just read one of her books, I think I'd want Mary Roach in my cabin, for much the same reasons as Bill Bryson was mentioned ^_^
