I leave Content Manager set to "Show Kindle Memory Only" and sorted by "Most Recent First" for my own ease of use. It adds some clarity to my homepage. I also delete everything that I've read...Amazon keeps everything for me anyway so why clutter up my homepage when any book in my library is only 30 seconds away? (If I got it for free; I can get it for free again ).
Scott- are you saying that if you do this your homepage (not your content manager page)only shows things stored on your Kindle and not what is on the SD card? Or just that what is at Amazon is not shown there?

Thanks

I have been moving my non amazon books I have read to a different SD card using the USB cable, but I guess it would make just as much sense to keep them on just one SD card. Maybe in folders labeled- read and not read. Hadn't realized I could do that- Thanks Scott

I have about 10 pages of free/classic books that I figure I won't get to for awhile, plus I usually have my laptop with me so I could move things around if needed on the spur of the moment. Right now I'm just tired of looking at so many pages on my home screen and really don't want to have to take out the SD card very often.
