Hello,

I have a large amount of ebooks on my PC in MS Reader format. I've been able to convert some of them using the Amberlit converter but many of them cause an error in Amber lit.

When I open these books in MS Reader I get a pop up that tells me that I cannot use text-to-speech with owner-exclusive books. I suspect that Amberlit is running into this popup and is unable to go further (total guess).

Has anyone had this issue and were you able to work around it?

I tried using calibre and it was nice enough to tell me that my files are DRM protected. There goes a couple hundred spent on ebooks over the last year+. Bah.

If any are public domain you might try to see if they're available at manybooks.net or feedbooks.com in a non DRM format. . .
