Quick question for those experienced in registering copyright. I'm registering my self-published novel, and at first glance it's easily eligible for the less expensive "One Work by One Author" electronic form. But I just want to double-check one point. If a book contains chapter epigraphs, even if they use material entirely in the public domain, do you have to use the Standard form and specifically exclude that material from your claim in the "limitation of claim" section? Or is this self-explanatory fair use and doesn't need to be excluded?
