Corel has offered PSP 10 for free before and apparently they are offering it free again!
Remember that you will need to upgrade the program after you install it. There is now an upgrade to v. 10.10, so there are FOUR upgrades to be d/ld and installed.

REMEMBER: start with file ...10.01, then 10.02, then 10.03, installing in this order! It's VERY important to install the updates in order.
It's 105Mb and then the individual upgrades/patches are anywhere from 9Mb to 30Mb.
Remember to install all the .dlls that are needed for Vista/Win7
