I really like the bottom left, as well as the middle pic in the top row..except the top of her head looks a little flat.

My first choice though is bottom left.  I think it is a really striking cover.

I don't like the title font and the positioning of the font. I'd go for something less.. stretched out and simpler? Either that or a script font. It's also a bit too close to the top for my liking.

I like the bottom left the but the girl's position can be changed. Either center her or follow the rule of thirds.

The background looks composite and that's bad because you can tell. I'd overlay the background with a gradient or a hue/saturation layer to make the two images more similar. And probably overlay a gradient over the girl too. :/

The cropping around her hair is a bit rough too. Maybe use smudge tool at about 1-3px brush size and swish around the edges with around 80% strength.

As for the author name, I think the bevel is a bit too much. You could simply leave it white and it'd be fine,

Just my 2 cents ;)

Otherwise, They're all pretty good.

Best covers will polarize people. Some will say it's brilliant some will say it's stupid and idiotic(esp. applicable for simple, minimalistic covers).

You haven't said what you want the cover to communicate about the story. So can't really judge it against that, but from technical standpoint and my taste 4th and 5th are the best. I'd use model from the 5th on the BG of 4th. Really like the colors and blending...

Also, you might want to have 2 or even 3 cover options and test them on Amazon, instead of asking people. Nothing is as real as results from testing. Even best intentions can misguide unintentionally. You never know until you test. :)

Speaking completely from a reader shopping for a book perspective, I LOVE the top right. Like, I'd buy that with a cursory glance at the blurb. But then I love when models are facing away and something about the hair and the lightning and the overall look appeals to me.

Bottom right for me.  The model looks pensive, which fits your "difficult decision" comment plotwise and it adds a new background cover to the sequence you are creating, rather than repeating one you already have.  (In other words, it will clearly be part of the set but stand alone quite nicely amidst them.)
