Daily Cheap Reads posted the Amazon description of my e-story. While my sales aren't going through the roof, the posting has spiked my sales. It will be interesting to see how many stories I'll sell.

When I took out a one-day subscription on Kindle Nation Daily, I sold about 30 e-stories, even though I didn't have a single review on Amazon.

I didn't get a huge bump for the day, but my daily sales increased mightily after being featured, so that was cool.
This was sorta the case for me, too. I had a good sales day the day I was featured, but the real boom came in the following days and weeks after.

That's great of them to push indies.  I've been there a few times to check it out, and it's great!  I imagine good things are coming to anyone lucky enough to be profiled by them.

I guess a lot of readers download a sample first.

The strange thing is that I had a review in a major newspaper. In the days that followed, I sold only one or two ebooks, then, during the next few weeks, I sold only 6 more, so I was very disapponted.

Getting posted on Daily Cheaps Reads seems much more effective.

I'll get back in a week a let you know exactly how many e-stories I've sold.
