My daughter got me a DecalGirl skin as an early Mother's Day gift. She picked "Orient," which was the one I wanted when I was putting out broad hints.
In the meantime, I have decided that I really like the "Flores Agua" skin. I called the company to ask about an exchange and was told to process it like a return and then just reorder. Easy enough - but it has been 7 hours since I made the request for a return label and I haven't received any email confirmation. When I hit the submit button, the screen immediately went back to the skin choices page, so I'm wondering if maybe it didn't go through. Before I try again, has anyone else had a delay in hearing back? I could totally understand this since it's not a mondo sized company, just want to know if I need to be a little more patient. Thanks
