If it's been down from Kobo for very long, you'll probably have to pester them. You might also check fnac.com, as they distribute there. People have had problem with Select because their books have remained at fnac, too.
Delisted from Kobo but not on Bol.com
Does anyone know how long to expect my book to sit on Bol.com even though it's gone from Kobo? I want to put The Lady in Blue in Select.

Thanks for that. I didn't find Lady in Blue on Fnac, but I found my small press pub'd book there, and my publisher had put that in Select.
