I have a K2 and have had it for over 2 years now. I just cannot bring myself to upgrading to the K3 as the K2 works so well. Anyway, as has been mentioned here before the casing for the charging cable has been literally disintegrating. I finally decided to do something about it so sent an email to AMAZON CS and they came across as expected, issuing a credit to my account and sending me a link to where I could purchase just the cable which normally is about $19. I did pay for shipping but I had a new cable in a few days. wonder how long this one will last?
When AMAZON comes out with a tablet it will be their customer service that will make my decision to buy it....best in the business!
