How can I download the latest versions of whatever so that I can view videos from all sources? For some reason, clicking on those prompts do not work.

I assume you have a Kindle Fire? I'm going to move this to the Fire Talk area -- probably a better chance of someone who hangs out there being able to help. I'm afraid I don't do much with videos except watch some that I can stream from from Amazon.
