Draft 2 Digital April sales data disappeared?

Update: D2D support said this a glitch that can happen when an author changes a series title but not worry you will still get paid. They are working on it.

Has anyone experienced this before? I recently put books on D2D and had over 30 sales in April. Checked today and April sales list "0".

I did make a slight change to the books series title. Would this somehow confuse the system into thinking there are now different books? Even so, why would all of April's sales data just vanish?

Thanks for any info. I also emailed D2D support.

Mine vanished as well, but if you click on one of the reports, it will be listed there. I don't remember exactly where. I was just clicking on stuff and it showed a list of books sold.

I have scrolled through all of the data charts and still shows nothing for month of April. Strange ::)

Hopefully just a glitch in their system but I have to wonder how can I prove that I did have sales in April?

Anyone with D2D....is it normal for previous months sales to reset to 0 at the beginning of each new month? I don't understand the concept of this

Um. Doesn't your KDP dashboard reset every month?

The only difference is that D2D resets at 00.00 GMT, not some US time zone.

Check your settings in the report (on the left side) and ensure that you have chosen "last month" rather than "current month". If you choose April without changing this variable then it will show zero instead of your correct total. That's likely what happened.

Here is the problem. Previously I had over 30+ sales in April. Now it says none at all.

Were they "sales" of your permafree book? D2D removes the free count for the previous month, showing only the paid sales. For the current month, it will show all "sales".

And now I just looked at mine, and it doesn't actually seem to be acting that way this month, although it always has before. All of my "free" sales from last month are still showing.

So, apparently, I told a falsehood. Either that, or mine haven't reset yet. However, this is what I have typically seen each month, with the free count disappearing and leaving only the paid sales.

Mine always have. In fact, I thought about asking about it on Kboards the first time it happened, until I realized it was only the free book count that disappeared. I liked being able to see the count right on the first page dashboard of only the paid books because it makes it easier for me to do my monthly sales spreadsheet. Didn't have to run a report for the paid books only.

I had both actual sales and free downloads in April.

Only thing that I can think of is I made a slight edit to the book series title but now I changed it back to the original to see if the system recognizes it. But so far no difference.

Update:

D2D support says that changing a series title can erase your sales data but that you will still get paid
