Editor Needed

I would highly recommend Cynthia Shepp. She is extremely easy to work with and her prices are very reasonable. Her prices listed on her website right now are:

.0018 a word for Re-Edits
.0020 a word for Proofreading
.0025 a word for Detailed Copy Editing

She even offers to give the author a trial run. If your friend will send her a 10 page sample along with all the services they, she can edit and send back. They'll get to experience not only her editing skills but also her turn around time and professionalism. She suggests authors send a sample in the middle of the book rather than the beginning because authors tend to work on their fist few chapters the most. So, the challenge lies more within the later chapters.
