Hi all, 
I have set up an email account on my kindle but it doesn't seem to be showing any notification when I have a new email come in.can I get it to make a sound like I can with my phone  ?

Go to Settings (swipe down from the top), then tap on
More > Applications > Notfication Settings

A list of your installed apps will appear.  Scroll down to Email and set the On/Off toggle to On.

It should, assuming you've got the volume up!  Send yourself an email.
