I was just curious. I was reading the material that came with my Oberon cover last night & it said that they give you an extra set of velcro, should you ever need it. I didn't get an extra set of velcro. Did anyone else get the extra velcro?

no but you can buy a ton of it cheap for under 2 bucks anywhere..I have a HUGE roll I got at target I like mine because its clear on the kindle side  (you can buy clear velcro).. probably and oversight and  yes I love both of mine.. I want another one.. LOL

I did not get the extra Velcro and even though I would have to mail order it I don't think I would need it.

Thanks Patrizia. Well that's a great idea to use clear velcro so that it blends in. I'm sure that I won't need it, just curious. Well, it's the 1st time reading Kindie with no corner straps on. It's very secure with the velcro & easy enough to pull the kindle away from the back. Now, I understand the floating thing that everyone talked about. I like the shiny pewter button as well. I'm still getting used to not reaching for or holding that leather strip/ strap that you use after you close the cover of the M-edge. I used to have to hold that strap out of the way of the screen. Now, I'm hands free with the Oberon cover. I'm glad that I listened to everyones opinions on the velcro as I didn't want to use velcro at 1st. I feel the same way about getting more covers. Which 1 would you get next, if you decide to get another cover? If I got more covers, I would want a green, red, & purple, & blue. LOL! I think I covered all the colors. I would have a hard time deciding as I keep changing my mind.

I noticed that same reference in the materials and I didn't receive a second set either.  I received my cover a few weeks ago, and honestly, don't see that I'll have a need for that second set, but it did make me wonder where it was.

That's how I feel, KindleK. Maybe they were going to give a spare, but then realized that the velcro did a great job & would last. Then, maybe they didn't have time to redo that info. I would gather that they really didn't have time as they were so busy getting our covers  done & ready to send to us. LOL!
