I just finished this book and I noticed several places throughout the text where words were run together. More so at the beginning of the book and particularly close to beginning of chapters. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Example from location 347-49: "Halleigh was twenty-one--just old enoughto be in Merlotte's."

I didn't notice them in particular in Dead as a Doornail, but I read it under the influence of a LOT of nyquil. I did notice that everywhere it should have said "Italian" in one of the Outlander books, it said "iian".  Which struck me as odd.  I mean, as much as anything ever does.
