Hello everyone! I've been lurking on these boards since pre-ordering my Kindle 2 the day Amazon unveiled it.  I really admire the friendliness and enthusiasm on this site, and I want to thank all of you for your suggestions and tips, especially on accessories. 

Right now my Kindle is wearing a gorgeous brown Bobarra Thoreau case, but I'm waitlisted for a Strangedog.

I vacationed in Boston last year. Well, and Salem. If I had it to do over again, it would be more Boston and less Salem. We had a truly great time! Although we went from frost warnings in Northern MN to 90+ degrees there.
