The cover looks fine to me. It might be a little better if you changed the typeface (I think something a little more..."mystical" would suit the warm and whimsical colours), but it's fine as it is. I don't read romance, but if I did, it would certainly catch my eye if I saw it while browsing through the Kindle store.
