Hi everyone!

I've been nervous about posting. So, I definitely did my fair share of lurking. I'm an author and future Kindle-owner. (For now, reading Kindle on my PC has to do.) I can't believe I just stumbled upon the boards this week!

I post short fiction and musings on my blog, Sleep Deprivation and Me: A Love Story. And I post everything that's suitable for public consumption about my work and life -- including excerpts -- at www.kenyadwilliamson.com.

Depth of Focus: A Novel is my first book. I'm currently writing two more -- along with the aforementioned short fiction and occasional script. I write literary fiction -- mostly with female leads. And coming from a poetry writing background, I incorporate that love into my style via pacing and alliteration. (That sounds much nicer than saying I'm obsessive about the placement of every syllable. Okay, maybe not.)

I look forward to getting to know you and learning more as I make my way around!

Welcome to the boards. I'm an author of suspense and hail from New Brunswick, Canada. I am also a Kindle owner, and wonder how I ever got along without it. You wil love yours, whenever you decide to take the plunge. I love the idea of never being without a good novel. Not even at 2:00 a.m., in the event I'm not sleeping. Who would have thought you could spend money while you're in bed.
