Hello all,

I'm another newbie (though I've been lurking for a while). I'm a freelance journalist, traditionally published non-fiction author and newly published indie fiction author. Is it trite to say getting a Kindle has changed my reading - and writing - life? Well, it has.  ;D

Pleased to meet you all and I look forward to joining in.

Hi, Camilla,

I'm a Canadian author of suspense novels.  I was in London once to a writer's workshop, at which Stephen King was a panelist, also P.D. James and Robert Parker.  It was an exciting trip, and I'd love to go back one day. Wishing you great success with your writing.$

@ Lisa You're too kind! And I'm blown away by how resourceful and friendly it is at the Writer's Cafe.

@Joan That sounds like an amazing workshop!

@Ian I come from near your way originally. I always know I'm near home when I see the castle on the horizon :)

Hi, Camilla, and welcome to KB.  You'll love it here.  Great place to share and learn, and it sounds like you can do both.  Wishing you the best of success.
