Hello from Pigeon Forge, TN!!
Greetings all!!
I am new to this site, I was referred here in the process of researching how to promote my book. I love forums and have been a part of Friend Family Poems for about two years now.
As I mentioned, I am an author...of sorts, "Gifted" is my first and only book so far though I am working on the second one now. I love writing, meeting new people, and reading when I get a chance. I live here at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains for the time being, however, my allergies are going to push me away soon!! I am here with my beautiful 19 year old daughter, Miranda. She has given me the daily strength I need to keep plugging away with my dreams.
Anyway, there is much much more to tell but it is not yet your bedtime = )

I know what you mean about allergies. This is one of the worst places for them. Also, good luck with the book.

You all are so nice!! I already like it here. I tried another forum and I think the moderator did not like me very much so I backed away!! I was one star on my first day too hehe. I love posting and learning from others. The way I look at it is this, sure, it is good to live and learn but sometimes it is better to learn and live = )

Yes, they are beautiful, but imagin waking up every morning sneezing, coughing, and spending the first few minutes clearing your throat and the rest of the day feeling weak. Then imagine being in a place with a thousand things to do but you cant afford any of them because you live in a tourist area with no good jobs. You get to come here and enjoy it when you are here!!
