Hi! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  

I got my first kindle (a paperwhite) yesterday on Radioshack.  

I love to read books, but since Borders closed their stores there's no other place that sells a lot of books...well maybe Costco, but they don't have a big variety of books...so I became a ereader lover!

Honestly I think my arms and hands are so happy to hold a lightweight kindle than a heavy book.  

Go kindle!  

I forgot to say that my first language is spanish, so forgive me if I spell wrong.

Hi Manami,

welcome from another newbie. First language issues for me as well. However, I think I kinda prefer an all-English platform to a native one, as - for now at least - English is the dominant language in eBook reading (and writing), as the anglophone part of the world seems to be the fast-adopter for this technology.
