Does anyone have an email address or suggestions on how to get in touch with B&N.  Here is the situation.  I went perma free with book 1 of my Max and the Gatekeeper series.  It has now been about 2 months and it is still not up on B&N.  I contacted smashwords and the resent it to B&N.  I have a second series and made book 1 of it free a month and a week after the Max and the Gatekeeper series and it is up on B&N.    The good news is that Amazon price matched with out it being on B&N.  The bad news is, I know I am missing a big audience.  Last month I actually sold copies of book 2 and 3 on pubit, so I'm assuming the people downloaded book one from smashwords directly and then bought the others on B&N.

Any help would be awesome.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

I saw that as the two sequels I have are published through pubit, but I wondered about using it since I am using smashwords for book 1 to make it free.

Did you go to B&N directly, thru PubIt? Or did you just distribute to B&N via Smashwords? If PubIt, then the e-mail address sent by John Daulton is correct. If Smashwords, then go to the SW site and click the bar at the very, very top of your screen (labelled "Comments/question/customer support").
