So, I just chose the "Cheesy" icon for this thread. Why? Because there was a drop-down box saying "Message icon", which is an invitation to be annoying, and I had to take it. That pretty much sums me up, which is why I chose "Cheesy".
About me: I'm Australian but live in Poland. No idea why. It just sort of happened by accident. I worked in IT in Australia but now teach English (it's the easiest job for a non-EU citizen to get here without a VISA [I have one now]) and I like to think my highly technical previous life and my highly linguistic/social current life have both helped me out a lot with my writing.
I just published a novel, Equivocal Destines, to Amazon, but I won't drone on about that here. I'll post something to the bazaar later. I= could say a lot about that, but again, not the place.
I'm most definitely a Kindle user, but to be honest, I'm moving way from Kindle. I used to have an actual Kindle, until some moron broke it on the bus, so now I use the software on my tablet. As an author though, I really don't appreciate Amazon's restrictive conditions and practices, so I'll move over to something else sometime soon. I love the hardware, software and selection, but the conditions don't sit well with me.
Something else interesting about me. By far above and beyond everything else - my fiance is a very accepting person, in that she completely understands that I quite probably love my dog Chutney more than even her
OK, maybe not...
