Take a sleeping pill.

The truth is, you probably won't sleep.

I can never sleep before an early flight because I'm anxious I'll miss it. And I don't mean 6 A.M. Even a noon flight! Anxiety is a part of life, unfortunately. Or maybe fortunately. There isn't a huge difference between anxiety and excitement.

First of all, Mike, congrats! You hit the jackpot.

Now, for the other: I don't like to advocate drinking,
but a couple of bottles of Sam Adams shouldn't turn you into
a heavy drinker & ought to relax you enough so that you'll be
able to get some shuteye.  8)

Good advice, Kirkee. I might even top it off with a snifter of cognac.

What's your favorite way to relieve stress? Try it tonight. (I have something that usually helps me sleep...but I'll be cattle-prodded if I discuss it. :eek: :p )

Come to think of it, a cattle prod might work too. ;D

Sleep or not, here's hoping for big results!

Gorge on your favorite food, watch some netflix (or your fav show), rinse and repeat until unconscious. Wake up to see ranking rise.

That's good too. Focusing on a specific task makes it a lot harder to stress. Unless you start to stress about how messy your cupboards are...
