You can't "attach" a photo here the way you can on some forums. Here, you have to have the photo stored online somewhere, such as flicker.com or photobucket.com. Then, get the URL for the photo where it's stored, and in your post, click on the photo tag icon (third from the left in the row above the smileys. It wil place img tags [img][/img]. Paste the url between the img tags.
