How do you figure out your rank ?

I would like to check my rank to see if it is influenced by a promo day or by a variation of price.
How do you do that ? Is there a place to check a book rank ?

Yep, just scroll down your book page. Your ranking is shown below your ASIN and other info. :)

Looks like this:

What I meant was by genre ... like if you want to figure out what's your rank erotica or erotic romance.
Author Central, under "Rank" (lineup of links across the top). You have to mess around a little to hit Kindle books & your genre, & then you'll find you're #215 or whatever. Is this what you meant?
Thank you, this is what I was looking for.

If you book is on a best-seller list in one of those subgenres, it'll be listed in the area Dara quoted. If you want to find the book on the popularity list, you have to go to the Kindle bookstore and actually look for your book, starting on p. 1 of the appropriate genre(s). If you get to p. 15 and haven't found it, it's probably not worth looking further (most readers probably don't have the patience to browse those lists all that deeply).

ETA: What Fantasma is describing shows the book's sales rank, but unless you get onto a best-seller list (top 100 sellers in the genre), the popularity lists are how you benefit following a free run.
