What browser are you using? Firefox doesn't look anything like what you are describing. Help is not just to the left of the author's name.Boyd said:click on the help tab, just to the left of the author name. Then click on contact us on the new page.
The first page of Author Central has my picture, bio, and books. It looks nothing like what you are showing me.Boyd said:Step 1: navigate to authorcentral.amazon.com
