There is no selection two, just information about orders. They don't respond directly by phone. No phone number is listed.

What browser are you using? Firefox doesn't look anything like what you are describing. Help is not just to the left of the author's name.

The first page of Author Central has my picture, bio, and books. It looks nothing like what you are showing me.

You have to go to Author Central and create an account for yourself. It will allow you to manage your book page in much great detail, track rankings, etc. I'm pretty sure almost all of us use this tool. It's very helpful.

That said, if you just want to write to KDP, you don't need to get into Author Central. You can use the KDP dashboard: https://kdp.amazon.com/contact-us

ETA: Once you create an Author Central account, you claim your books there. Then you can do stuff. It's a separate company that's owned by and connected to KDP, or maybe it's a separate division within Amazon/KDP. Not sure.
