There, there.  It will be alright.    ☺
Hopefully, it will be AWESOME. :)

Hope it gets Apple and Nook going.
I've never tried it, but I'm looking forward to hearing how it works for you.
As others have said, I'm sure it will be all right.
My first Michael Belmont Book has been free for the last few years.  It gets consistent downloads- used to get a lot more before Amazon changed its algorithms.  Does this lead to additional sales?  Some, I think, though I'm convinced that a lot of people who download it don't read it for a long time and/or perhaps never will.

Unless you're making a lot of money as things are with the book you want to permafree, what have you got to lose?  It's a great way to get visibility and exposure, and you can always undo it, though I've heard that sometimes takes a little work.

In other words, everything's going to be OKAY!!

Good luck!
You can always change your mind later (but you won't because it'll be grrreat!).
So I've got a book in permafree now. The blog post on it is below. If anyone wants to help boost this, I'd appreciate it enormously.
