It's started acting up for me again.

The mobile device doesn't sync unless I'm actively on the site on laptop or desktop. I got in touch with them and they informed me that since it's not a mobile based platform that could be the case, even though this has never happened before.

But the site itself even on laptop still keeps reporting that it won't sync unless I actively refresh the page. It won't update on it's own.
