How to format a manuscript for D2D. Single space with indents between paragraphs? Or, double space with indents? Or, single space with double between paragraphs? Instruction please. Thanks

If you upload your .docx file in any format they'll convert it to whatever works best. Best is Single Space. Indent new Paragraph. Chapter Title Headings. Good luck.
