I've been kvetching to both Amazon and various publishers about the (non) state of Kindle Pre-Orders and Upcoming release lists. Below is a reply that I got back form Ms. Carey

I'm glad you're looking forward to the forthcoming books! Thanks for your
inquiry. I asked my editor about listing upcoming Kindle editions, and it
appears that it's up to Amazon. At this point, they don't list titles unless
they have the actual file in their system. I did confirm that both Santa
Olivia and Naamah's Kiss will be available in Kindle format; and hopefully,
Amazon will establish a means of listing Kindle editions for pre-order in the
near future!

All of her other books seemed to be available on Kindle as soon as they were published - I don't remember having to wait. Kushiels Dart is finally in Kindle format, so I'm going to do a thread later recommending the whole series. Of course, now that the whole series is on Kindle, that means the prices will go up....

I am so happy they finally have Dart Kindlized. While i have the DTV of the entire series, it is one I also want on my Kindle... and I always thought it was crazy they had her other stuff Kindlized but not it.

Any new when Naahah's Kiss is coming out? And will it be about Alais?

There is a description on Amazon; I think it's about her grand-daughter but I didn't want to read too much about it!!

When its comes would on the kindle I am going to have to make another attempt at K.Dart (book1)....kinda skipped to number 2

Thanks - i just checked it out... sounds good. I am slightly disappointed we are not getting an Alais book though...
