I'm a nonfiction author of 14 books, including five for writers and four on naval and church history. My latest, below, is for writers seeking commercial or self-publication and is available on Kindle, thanks to Bristlecone Pine Press.

I've lots to learn and I'm eager to get to know fellow authors here. Julie

Welcome, Julie. KB is a great place to be and a good way for people to get to know you and your work.

What kind of church history do you write?

Hiya!

(I'm in love with that book cover, BTW...I would totally pick it up in a bookstore, just because it's filled with awesome)

Thank you all for the welcome. I appreciate it.

My books for writers focus on the journey to publication, not the craft of writing. Our pitches and queries these days have to offer more than they used to do. We have to work on our portfolios, platforms, and promotion long before we submit a book ms to a publisher.
