I've been checking my KDP "prior six weeks royalty" report, but it has updated yet. The same thing happened last week too. The report didn't post the updated numbers 'till when into the afternoon.

Anyone else experiencing this strange phenomenon or am I doing something wrong?

Its listed in descending order by month instead of year.  It does this every new year because 01 comes before 12.
