A while ago I put together a blog post on getting started with kindle. It got a lot of positive feedback.
I'm writing a followup post called the "Kindle Plus Pack". It covers all that OTHER stuff a kindle newbie really ought to know, but would have been overwhelmed by if I'd put it in the original post: Stuff like promotional strategies, what one should reasonably expect to pay for editing and cover design, and Bob's very cool sprint vs. marathon analogy.
Any other suggestions on what I should throw in there? For those who've been doing this a while, what do you wish you'd known six months ago?
