Anyone have specific launch tips for a revised, updated 2nd edition of a non-fiction book (buying and selling homes)? I've read a bunch of launch threads but all concerning series/fiction. TIA

I've just launched a memoir and found that Bookbub was helpful in my genre--self help. They have a New Releases program that is pretty good. I sold about 150 copies at $1 (ebook). It generated a lot of paperback sales at a much higher price which helped.
