I'm not ready yet, but I might be looking for an interior formatter for Lightning Source in a few weeks.

If you format interiors with InDesign for Lightning Source:
Please post in this thread. Preferably, post your rates and a way I can see some of the books you have formatted, too.

I charge $50 up to 30 chapters and $3 a chapter after that. If interested I can pm you my website where i have interior samples. I'm working on other sections of my site, so I don't want to post it.

Oh, i don't use inDesign though, just saw that part. I use OpenOffice.
