Looking for suggestions for promoting in UK

I know this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find much info when I did a search.  I have a book that's currently pubbed in the U.S. by Grand Central Publishing, but I retained the UK rights. I can't put it in Select, and can't figure out how to give it a bit of visibility in the UK market. I found one suggestion here, but I'd like to find more possible venues. I'm willing to pay a bit, but not a lot.
