Hi gang, please help me to make my book permafree by informing Amazon about a lower price in Kobo.

A qucker way (in my experience at least) is to contact KDP directly using the method specified in this thread:

I got permafreed in about 12 hours. Be aware that it's best not to try this on a weekend (differnt staff at KDP will say no) and you are much more likely to be pricematched if your book is at iTunes and GooglePlay (Amazon seem to ignore Kobo in my experience)

Yes, I emailed them and in a few hours it was free but only on Amazon US, a readers asked about Amazon UK that the book is not free.
Just email them and include the links to the free books ant they'll do the price-matching.

THIS. I use this, too, and have never been denied. It always goes permafree within 24 hours.
