I use my Kindle, and usually charge it all night long. I plugged it into the charger last ngiht, in the wall outlet, and today,i was surprised to find it not charged, it's not totally depleted. Maybe I didn't get the connector completely plugged into the kindle. I am charging it now. There is no light. I read the guide book.
Isn't it supposed to be yellow or green during charging?

While charging, a yellow light is on. When it's fully charged, the light goes off. Are you using the original charger that came with it? I ask because someone posted last week that a replacement charger they purchased didn't work.

With the K2 the light is amber while charging and green when fully charged. If there is no light then you are not getting a charge with the K2. With the K1 the light goes out after it is fully charged.

I found on mine I have to get it plugged into the kindle just right - in fact I have to put something under the cord that goes into the Kindle to get it positioned just so -- to get the light to go on. Worth a try at least ....
