What I'm looking for is how do some authors manage to get Amazon to offer an mp3 cd version of their book (in addition to the Kindle, paperback, and audiobook versions). Maybe it's a you-gotta-be-a-trad thing (?).
I'm sure there are places where you can do this, like CD baby. You used to be able to do this at Createspace.
Question is, though: why would you? Do you have evidence that your audience would actually buy CDs over getting it online? I mean, seriously, who still buys CDs? The same people who still send faxes? Who even has the equipment to play them anymore?
