My first sewing project - a Kindle case!

Well, not really, but my Kindle fits inside nicely! I found this project and made it a bit bigger to accommodate the only zipper I had on hand and as a result, my Kindle fits inside now. I think my K2 in its case would even fit! This is the first thing I've ever sewn in my life, I'm just thrilled it's done 
. I had fun using a wavy stitch to quilt it with; I don't think the zipper is done quite correctly, but it does work.
