I use firefox, and I don't see an ad. Is it a popup? I have them disabled. FWIW.

But I don't know the answer to the second question... what DOES the logo stand for?? I am assuming it stands for a TV show, specifically the show in question, right?

I'm running firefox without any type of ad blocker and the submit button is right there at the bottom like it should be.  I also don't exactly know the answer to the second question either.
