About Author Chris Bauer:

Like his favorite author, Chris Bauer started writing mid-life as an unemployed oil company executive. He has published more than two dozen stories. He is currently working on a novel when not disguising real life as short stories. Chris is a long-time member of Writers Under the Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, where he lives in the shadows of Franz Kafka, Rod Serling, and the Gateway Arch. He spends winter in Bay City, California, and summer in Arkham, Massachusetts. Chris first appeared with Untreed Reads with his horror short A Killer of a Deal.
