Post em here people!

Get healthy in 2013, yeah that includes losing weight & exercising but it really is about improving my health! I feel 10 years older than I am, ugh and mostly it is because of my fat ass. I had some success with juicing a while back but fell back into my old routines and patterns.
I started back doing healthy smoothies & soups and writing everything that goes in my mouth down.

My one and only other resolution is to be nicer to people I don't know...

My resolution is to lose the rest of the weight I need to lose to get to goal.  I started last May and just need to continue.  And the rest is to work on being my best self, nicer, more patient, less judgmental, etc.

Happy New Year to everyone here.  ;D
Wow T.L., I love your determination, very inspiring...

and yes, Happy New Year everyone!

Cuechick,

My resolution are:

I am working on myself like remove "anger", sad, and other too. I am trying to look for gym and get exercise (I am trying do my best but no promise). I have to force myself to look for a new job and change a new career include update resume. ;D Happy New Year!!!
I want to be better at getting toy kids to be better. I feel like I'm failing them in getting them outdoors enough, and having enough outside interests. I let them spend too much time on computers, and I think we'd all be better off if they didnt.
Clean out my car more often (maybe vacuum it once a month and clean out the debris once a week).  Right now those are happening maybe twice a year.  :-[

Be better about keeping in touch with faraway good friends.  We all get busy with life, and before you know it months have gone by with no contact.

Take more pictures.  Life is short.  And the Kiddo is growing up so fast.

When I get home from work, all I want to do is put on my sweats and grab all my tech toys and relax. This year, I plan on spending more time with my family and friends. I know this sounds really bad, but I hate to give up my free time, so this will be a challenge.

Think I will add this to my list too.
1: Get my book to the New York Times bestseller list.

2: Go on my first date.

3: Balance the national budget.

(I always set unobtainable resolutions.If you are going to fail, fail big.)
...continue working on my 2008 Christmas Cards......sigh
Here's a few of my resolutions:

* Sleep less
* Eat better
* Move more
* Cut my meds in half (the doctor has given the okay on that but we'll see how I do without them)
* Finish four writing projects
* Keep a cleaner house
* Take up cooking (don't laugh, I can do this)
* Stick to a tighter budget
* Do more fun things with my kids (reading together, roller skating, bowling, zoo, amusement park)
* Give more attention to my husband and less to my computer (yeah, that one's not going so good)
* Reach out more to my loved ones

As you can see, it's a totally unrealistic list but if accomplish three things from it, I'll be satisfied.
See less See more
