My .mobi file of my text converts in Kindlereader, but only the TOC appears after conversion. Also the cover does not appear.

Are you using a .opf file Khel?
Sounds like you might be, but with errors in it.

I figured it out! I had the and tags at the bottom of my table of contents, essentially ending my text.
