I don't have that many books but I use Goodreads - my star ratings and reviews remind me of what I liked and didn't like and the shelves help me organize and sort them. You can export it to a spreadsheet and I think you can import a spreadsheet too. It also gives me stats.

Though it doesn't have as many features, for the sheer ease of import, you can import your Kindle library from Amazon straight into Shelfari.
